Most suppliers in this space tell you nothing about where their products come from. We take the opposite position. Everything below is an accurate account of how RISE products move from raw compound to your door. If anything changes, this page is updated to reflect it.

01Raw API Sourcing

The active pharmaceutical ingredient — the peptide itself in its raw lyophilised powder form — is the foundation of everything that follows. The quality of the finished product cannot exceed the quality of the raw material.

RISE sources raw peptide APIs from God Peptide — a specialist peptide raw material supplier operating under recognised quality frameworks. Every incoming shipment is subject to identity verification and purity assessment before it enters our process. We do not accept raw materials without accompanying documentation confirming compound identity and purity at source.

What we require at this stage:

  • Compound identity confirmed by mass spectrometry
  • Purity documentation at point of supply
  • Regulatory standing of the supplying facility
  • Full traceability documentation linking the raw material to its production record
02Constitution & Fill

Raw peptide API is dissolved into solution and filled into primary containers at the specified concentration for each compound. Constitution takes place using Bacteriostatic Water as solvent and Sodium Chloride as tonicity agent. Each compound is constituted separately to its own specification.

Every unit is filled into MIRON violet glass — a primary container chosen for its biophotonic preservation properties, blocking the full visible light spectrum while transmitting UV-A and infrared wavelengths to slow molecular degradation. Each bottle is sealed with a metered-dose nasal pump actuator calibrated to deliver a precise 0.1ml per actuation.

All units are sealed with tamper-evident closures before leaving the fill environment.

03Independent Third-Party Testing

Before any batch is released, samples are submitted to Janoshik Analytical for independent third-party verification. Janoshik operates with no commercial relationship to our production process — ensuring complete separation between manufacture and verification. Every Certificate of Analysis carries a unique report reference number cross-checkable directly with the laboratory to confirm authenticity.

Testing conducted on every batch:

  • HPLC purity analysis — quantification of compound purity as a percentage of total sample content
  • Mass spectrometry identity confirmation — molecular mass and fragmentation pattern verification
  • Residual solvent analysis — confirmation that solvent levels are within acceptable limits
  • Endotoxin screening — bacterial endotoxin assay confirming sterility standards

Purity standards achieved:

Semax + Selank
≥99%
by HPLC-MS · batch specific
Kisspeptin-10
≥99%
by HPLC-MS · batch specific
The Certificate of Analysis for every batch is published publicly at rise-labs.co.uk/coa and linked via QR code on every product unit. It is permanently accessible and verifiable directly with Janoshik using the report reference number printed on the document.
04Quality Release

No batch ships without passing independent third-party testing at Janoshik. The complete batch record — including raw material documentation from God Peptide, in-process records, and the Janoshik CoA — is reviewed against specification before any product enters secondary packaging.

Batches that do not meet specification are rejected. There are no exceptions to this process.

05Secondary Packaging & Labelling

Released product units are labelled and packaged for dispatch. Each unit is labelled with:

  • Compound name and concentration
  • Unique lot number
  • Manufacture date and expiry date
  • Storage instructions
  • Research use disclaimer
  • QR code linking to batch-specific Certificate of Analysis
  • Distributor information — Peptide Optimal Ltd, Company Number 17303483

Products are held in refrigerated storage at 2–8°C from this point through to dispatch.

06Fulfilment & Dispatch

Orders are fulfilled from temperature-controlled storage. All products are maintained at 2–8°C throughout the fulfilment process.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation via Royal Mail Tracked 24. All shipments use plain, unmarked outer packaging — no external branding, no indication of contents. A unique tracking reference is issued with every dispatch notification.

Upon receipt, products must be refrigerated immediately. Storage instructions are printed on both the primary label and outer tube. RISE cannot accept responsibility for product integrity where cold chain is not maintained from the point of receipt.
